At the present time until further notice, Imperial Pest Prevention is continuing to provide all of our pest control services on a normal routine basis with a few modifications to some of those services. Imperial Pest Prevention employees have been instructed to employ all recommendations and follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for protecting themselves and the public as well as customers. These recommendations include frequent and thorough hand washing, limiting exposure to sick individuals, education and understanding the signs and symptoms of COVID-19, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment in the field and office staff. We have also armed our technicians with the Tips to Help Reduce the Coronavirus in your Home.
Imperial Pest Prevention is prepared to activate any mandatory quarantines for any employee who exhibits symptoms or is diagnosed with COVID-19.
Imperial Pest Prevention Added Precautions to Our Safety:
We have vamped up our personal protective equipment available to our staff and are supplying all Imperial Pest Prevention employees hand sanitizer, gloves, respirators, suits, and office staff appropriate facemasks due to the handling of mail and paperwork.
If any employee was to exhibit respiratory illness or flu-like symptoms or has a member in their immediate household exhibiting the above mentioned, they will
not be servicing accounts or entering our facility, until a doctor has cleared them to do so.
Imperial Pest Prevention Office Staff and Technicians are routinely disinfecting all equipment and vehicles as well as high touch surface locations at a minimum of 2x per day. We have also halted our company meetings to avoid any large groups through April 30, 2020, unless instructed otherwise.

I am not sure if I want anyone in my home right now. Does my technician have to come inside?
No, We encourage that we don't. We will provide our exterior treatment with an advanced product that will eliminate the need for interior services. This will maintain the protective barrier that keeps insects from entering your home. This added product will also be provided at no additional charge to you. Remember, all of our services are guaranteed, if you do require inside treatment just let us know and we will return at no additional cost.
This will be my first service. Will you still be able to spray both interior and exterior for my startup?
Yes. We will gladly provide our interior treatment For anyone in need. We have the complete personal protection gear needed to enter your home. We also offer sanitation services and Covid-19 approved cleaning services for those that may want an added layer of protection.
Will any changes be made to my regular pest control services?
No, we do not anticipate any changes in our treatments other than trying to migrate and concentrate heavily on the exterior and minimizing interior applications unless necessary,
